The project is located on a plot measuring 850 decimals of land at Kathali, Bhaluka, Mymensingh. The site is about 50 km away from Zia International Airport, Dhaka . The land is adjacent to Dhaka-Mymensingh high way. The proposed site has got all infrastructural facilities like water, power, gas, telephone, road communication etc.

The project will have main factory building, raw materials & finished goods go-down, generator room, guard room, kitchen and dining room, prayer room, sub-station & generator room, under ground water reservoir, overhead tank and boundary wall etc. Covered area of the building & other civil works will be about 130,000 sft with RCC construction & pre-fabricated steel structure. The total cost of the buildings and other civil works has been estimated at US $ 30 million.
